Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Another SaaS social media management platform (the "Service") operated by Another SaaS EOOD (UIC 207282077), a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

The Service is a social media management platform that allows you to create, schedule, queue, and publish content to social media accounts that you connect to it. Supported platforms include TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social networks.

To publish on your behalf, the Service connects to these platforms through their official APIs using OAuth authorization. When you connect an account, you explicitly grant the Service permission to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve.

The Service is built on Postiz, an open-source social media scheduling platform. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date
• Keep your password and access credentials confidential
• Not share your account with unauthorized persons
• Notify us immediately at hello@anothersaas.io if you suspect unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all content published through social media accounts you have connected.

You retain all ownership rights in the text, images, video, and other content you upload to or create within the Service ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership over it.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, reformat, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and publishing it to the platforms you select. This licence exists only to make the Service work and ends when you delete the content or your account.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to Your Content, including any music, footage, images, trademarks, or third-party material it contains, and that publishing it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Service publishes content to third-party social media platforms. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access that account and to publish, schedule, and manage content on your behalf through the platform's API.

You Remain Bound by Each Platform's Rules

Using the Service does not exempt you from the terms and policies of the platforms you publish to. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you publish complies with them, including:

• TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Advertising Policies
• YouTube: the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Instagram and Facebook: the Meta Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Platform Terms
• The terms, community guidelines, and API policies of any other platform you connect

Violating a platform's rules may result in your content being removed or your social media account being restricted, suspended, or terminated by that platform. That is a decision of the platform, not of us.

Platform Availability

Third-party platforms may change, rate-limit, restrict, or revoke API access at any time, and may reject, delay, or remove content for their own reasons. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their actions, outages, or policy changes, or for posts that fail to publish as a result.

You can revoke our access at any time from the connected-apps or third-party-app settings of the platform in question, or by disconnecting the account inside the Service. Doing so immediately stops the Service from publishing to that account.

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, or publish repetitive, bulk, or automated inauthentic content
• Artificially inflate engagement, followers, views, or other platform metrics
• Publish content that is unlawful under applicable Bulgarian, EU, or local law
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious code
• Publish harassment, hate speech, threats, or content inciting violence
• Publish sexual content involving minors, or any content exploiting or endangering minors
• Publish deceptive, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading content, including impersonation
• Circumvent rate limits, API restrictions, or technical protections of any platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or sublicense the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice where the violation is serious.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including outages of the third-party platforms it depends on.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a change materially affects you, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In particular, we do not warrant that scheduled posts will publish successfully, on time, or at all, as publishing depends on third-party platform APIs outside our control.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under mandatory Bulgarian or EU law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Loss or corruption of content, or posts that fail to publish or publish late
• Suspension, restriction, or termination of your accounts by a third-party social media platform
• Any act or omission of a third-party platform or service provider

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where the Service is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or to any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Bulgarian or EU law, including consumer protection law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. You may also disconnect any individual social media account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if a third-party platform requires it. Where practical, we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and the data we hold for you — including stored OAuth access tokens, scheduled content, and uploaded media — is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Content already published to a third-party platform remains on that platform and must be removed there.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Sofia, Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
